 Although 2011 was another challenging year, we are at the end and feel that we have turned the corner. Our office has sold over $72,000,000 this year; a 9% increase over last year. It seems as if we have opened more escrows in the last few months than in the rest of the year combined. Interest rates remain at historic lows and prices appear to have hit the bottom…it’s a great time to buy!

We are seeing many more foreign Buyers—from places such as China, Australia, and Russia and places even more obscure. One Russian Buyer just swooped in and purchased a bluff front property for 25% more than the Seller paid for it two years ago! So, Seller dreams can come true, even in this market!
